The car doesnt have 130 hp less all the time..the hybrid system gives 130hp , where the pilots can use it as they see fit, as this was a fast rally you dont see a lot of difference between hybrid and not hybrid rally 1 cars. If this was like a monte carlo rally then we would see a lot more.
